Luai is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Web developer, Database Administrator, and a CISCO Certified Network Associate. Luai holds a master’s degree from Universidad Tecnologica in Spain on Digital Transformation & Agile Project Management, and a post-graduate degree from the Basque University in Spain on International Election Observation and Technical Assistance with special focus on Electoral Technology. He has also a university degree in modern languages from the University of Perugia in Italy. Luai has 20 years of professional experience in developing and leading IT projects with teams of over sixty nationalities in twenty different countries. He has extensive experience in EU EOMs, having been IT Expert/Statistician/Database administrator/Web developer for around 25 EU EOMs. He is a semi-accredited Bridge facilitator.
